Grab Hire That Actually Turns Up on Time

Need waste gone fast? Over the past 3.5 years, Up North Grab Hire has been serving the residents, tradesmen, landscapers, and site managers of West Yorkshire. Up North Grab Hire are fully licensed waste carriers, and they don’t play around.

Skip hire means waiting on a permit, blocking your drive for days, and paying by the load. Our 8-wheel grab lorries carry up to 17 tonnes, that is two skips’ worth, and load straight from your driveway or site in 15 to 20 minutes. You do need permission and find no skip sitting outside your house for a week.

What We Do: Our Services in West Yorkshire

Grab Hire & Muck Away

This is what we are known for. Soil, clay, hardcore, old paving. if it needs to go, our 8-wheel grab lorries get into spots other trucks cannot. Then we load it straight out of your garden or site. One load takes up to 17 tonnes, and the arm reaches up to 8 metres over whatever's in the way.

Waste Collection & Site Clearance

We handle renovation debris, concrete rubble, and a full site clearance. We take it away and get it to a local recycling facility rather than landfill wherever we can. Works just as well for a garden clearout as it does for a construction site.

Aggregate Supply: Sand, Gravel & Topsoil

Sometimes you need material on site, not off it. We deliver MOT Type 1 and recycled crushed aggregate, building sand, sharp sand, and screened topsoil, straight to your driveway or site. Whatever work we get; we handle it with utmost professionalism.

Built for Homeowners. Built for Site Managers.

For Homeowners & Landscapers

Ripping up a driveway? Clearing the garden before a renovation? We deal with soil, old paving, sub-base, broken concrete, clay, tree roots- the lot. And because our hydraulic arm reaches straight over a 2-metre wall, hedge or fence, we do not need to trample your lawn or take a gate off its hinges to get the job done. Waste goes from your garden into the wagon in one lift.

For Contractors & Site Managers

For house builders, civil engineering jobs and commercial developments, we handle high-volume site clearance and keep aggregates coming. We deliver MOT Type 1, recycled crushed aggregate, building sand, and topsoil when you actually need it.

Every job comes with full waste transfer documentation for your records, because we are Environment Agency licensed and we know trade accounts need that paperwork done properly.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Ordered a grab for a dig out done at my property. Was booked in the following morning. Area was left very tidy and all muck and brick taken away. Costing was the cheapest out of the other two companies that quoted me. Very pleased with the service provided. Recommend to others
